This was sent to Mr Special of the elite league (zen). He has attacked arkadia several times. toural was first to find out.

Mr Special,
I am Adaven Prime Minister For Terra-Nostra. It has come to our attention that you have attacked (multiple times) one of our member planets(zefran). This action can not go un-noticed. Before jumping right into sending fleet wide battleships, Destroyers and bombers to make a example of you I will offer you a onetime compensation offer. If in fact this was a mistake on your part then compensation will suffice. You are to transfer 15,000 gold and 15,000 crystal to planet zefran (one attacked) of the Terra-Nostra. If you refuse to make compensation for your acts then I will assume your attack on one of our planets is a declaration of war and we will respond accordingly.

It's okay we're all just trying to play the game here. I don't have much in storage (about 5k of each) so it will take a relatively long time for me to send resources.

it might be better to take this up with his league also, so we dont make an unnecessary league war by retaliating

have we stopped hitting generic out of curiosity? i think i remember his last message.. but something tells me it was rather mocking in its manner.. or i'm just looking for a fight.. or is there anyone else having any issues i could help with? btw.. i am researching physics 8 now.. soon as it is done i will have destroyers

he was mockin yes. that's what i think. however do we need to waste our ressource on hitting someone like him ( it is what he want anyway... because it slow us down a little. ) or we can concentrate to grow more powerful;)

I pretty much have left any further confrontations with generic to the two members that were attacked. I feel we have made our point and wouldn't expect any further problems with him. If by chance though we are needed I'm sure we can take care of it.

It appears that our newest member communismfairy has been attacked for the last three days by PAX. They are ranked #3. We are in no way strong enough to go after them militarily. I have contacted them and let them know we have welcomed him into our family and would hope the could respect him as a Terra-Nostra league planet. Here was his answer;
Adaven, I have been attacking communismfairy for three days and he was not a member of a any league. Since he joined your league I will consider stopping my attacks, but first I will look at your league description and refer to the leaders of -=PДX=-.

Yeah so far they've stopped right now 'm building up a good sized destroyer fleet so I think I'll be ok for the time being. If the attacks continue I'll mention it

yes i tried to send some probes that direction.. but he is too far outside of my range from my current planet. will have to gain another closer to the center near ya'lls other planets or get to crackin on learning the necessary items for a tanker

Try not to spy on the big guys too much, if people spy on me I consider it a prelude to an attack and pretty much consider it an act of war.

missile are on their way to hit his second planet.. when i have more fuel i will send other missile then all my fleet at him

I don't have enough fuel and it's an eight hour trip, gimme a bit of time. I have sent a few missiles to his first planet however.

edit: never mind, but really, who builds a second planet in the same system as their first?!

If I had found a planet with high wind or whatever in the same system, I would've built there. It reduces transit time for ships and freighters. I have my second planet within a five system radius of my homeworld and the transit time for freighters is 20 minutes, letting the colony get supplied and vice versa very quickly.

Alternatively, he could just be a bit thick. =)

I understand building it close by, but building it in the same system really kind of defeats the purpose in that it does nothing to further your striking distance. Your probably right, anyone who attacks a player who is ranked higher than him/her in a league ranked higher than his/her's can't exactly be a genius.

the reason that i put my second planet farther away is because of the whole new harvesting range i could get out of it
